Pricing and Availability

Prices on our site are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change.

Sale priced items are limited in availability in sizes and color, and may become unavailable at any time.

Online sales are in-store pick up only.

All items purchased through our website are pick up any of our 3 Oahu locations only.

Shipping

In order for us to not charge you shipping, we will use the most feasible shipping methods to get products from our vendors to us.

Merchandise Delivery times:

Will depend on items that are in-stock at our stores, versus in-warehouse items that require ordering from our vendors.

In-stock-at-store items typically, are available for pick up 1 – 6 business days after order processing. 

In-warehouse items typically will be available for pick up from to 7 - 20 business days after order processing.  In most instances for bicycles and bulky items, this is the longer delivery time. Delivery times will also depend on our vendor's product availability, minimum order requirements, and our use of feasible shipping methods to get your product from our mainland vendors.


The Bike Shop’s Return and Refund Policy

In-stock-at-store purchases (includes online purchases):

Proof of Purchase: The Bike Shop sales receipt is required for all returns.

Returns must be within 14 days of purchase date, in new condition, in the original packaging.

Non-refundable Purchases: Sale and closeout items, bicycles and frames, bicycle licenses, labor, layaways, in-warehouse orders (in-store and online).

Refund Method: Will be back to the original form of payment, except cash refunds in excess of $50 will be made by a check from The Bike Shop.

Online Purchase Policies:

In stock-at-store item purchases have the same return and refund policy as above.

Ordered items from warehouse/off island vendors cannot be cancelled once an order has been processed for shipping

If an item is backordered or unavailable, you may cancel and get a refund that portion of your order.

Confirmed cancelled orders, a refund will be issued immediately back to the original form of payment.
