**Preferred qualifications for the Mechanic position include experience assembling and repairing bicycles, or mechanically inclined.

Office Manager

Come work for Oahu’s biggest and best bike shop! The Bike Shop – Hawaii is looking for a dynamic Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for supporting our stores by performing a multitude of functions including administrative support, bookkeeping, scheduling and document management. We are looking for an energetic professional who is reliable, efficient, and does not mind wearing multiple hats. This position offers competitive salary. This is a full-time position.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

Perform accounts payable and receivable functions including invoicing, coding, payment tracking, and interfacing with treasury and tax personnel. Manage relationships with office service. Document management, including assisting in preparation and filing of corporate, legal and insurance documents. Coordinate operational and financial reporting processes. Manage office calendar, team schedules and appointments. Ensure filing systems are maintained and current. Perform clerical, administrative and secretarial tasks. Make travel arrangements for employees’ travel to vendor education classes. Organize office operations and procedures. Point person for office maintenance and equipment, shipping and mailing, and running errands. Responsible for requisition of office supplies and equipment Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events including coordination of office staff activities.



Required Skills:



Experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, basic budgeting and analysis of financial statements

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks. Highly motivated and ability to work independently to support back office and executive management. Professional demeanor with good judgment and ability to retain confidential information. Ability to manage multiple schedules and workflows. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, QuickBooks Advanced computer skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfort with fast-paced environment and multi-tasking

Experience and Training:

2+ years of Office Manager or Administrative Assistant Experience Bachelor’s degree (B.S. in accounting, finance or business a plus)



Salary and Benefits:

Salary commensurate with experience Benefits: Medical, dental & vision coverage available Paid vacation: 5 days after first year, 10 days after second year anniversary of hire.
